B2B buyer status

Buyers may register and use the platform only as business customers. Buyer users must be authorized to submit company information, delivery addresses, order requests, notes, and uploaded documents for their company.

Order request responsibility

Buyer submissions are order requests to suppliers. Buyers must review supplier product details, minimum order quantities, availability, delivery coverage, payment terms, invoice details, and supplier confirmations before relying on them.

Buyer compliance duties

• Provide accurate company, contact, VAT, licence, and delivery details.
• Use ordered products only in accordance with applicable business, food, tax, resale, and import rules.
• Cooperate with supplier or platform questions about delivery, product issues, complaints, or recalls.
• Do not submit misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or fraudulent information.

Relationship with platform terms

These buyer terms supplement the general platform terms. If a buyer-specific rule and a platform-wide rule conflict, the final lawyer-reviewed terms must define which wording controls.
